To reset a user's password:

  1. Go to Settings > User Management
  2. Find the user and click on their name
  3. Click the "Reset Password" button

When a credential expires:

  • The system generates a compliance alert visible on the dashboard
  • The nurse's profile is flagged as "Non-Compliant"
  • New assignments cannot be created for that nurse until the credential is renewed
