Complaints

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with NoidNurse at privacy@noidnurse.com or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. You will not be retaliated against for filing a complaint.

Changes to This Notice

We reserve the right to change this notice and to make the revised or changed notice effective for health information we already have about you as well as any information we receive in the future.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NoidNurse services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

NoidNurse provides advanced humanoid nursing care services, care coordination, health monitoring, and related healthcare services. Services are provided through a combination of humanoid nurse units, licensed healthcare professionals, and technology platforms.

3. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Follow prescribed treatment plans and care instructions
• Notify care providers of any changes in health status
• Maintain scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice of cancellations
• Treat all NoidNurse personnel and equipment with respect
• Pay applicable fees and charges in a timely manner

4. Service Delivery

NoidNurse strives to provide high-quality care services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Services are provided based on clinical judgment, available resources, and individual patient needs. Emergency services should always be accessed through appropriate emergency response systems (911).

5. Limitation of Liability

NoidNurse and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for such services.

6. Medical Emergencies

NoidNurse services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. NoidNurse humanoid units are equipped with emergency protocols but should not be relied upon as the sole response to life-threatening situations.

7. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all charges incurred for services provided. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement or invoice. NoidNurse reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

8. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. NoidNurse reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay charges. You will be responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Modifications

NoidNurse reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

What Data We Collect

• Care Data: Vital signs, care activities, medication administration, and clinical observations recorded by humanoid nurses
• Usage Data: Platform interactions, feature usage, appointment scheduling patterns
• Device Data: Humanoid nurse unit performance metrics, sensor data, system diagnostics
• Communication Data: Messages, care notes, and documentation within the platform

How We Use Your Data

• Service Improvement: Analyze care patterns to improve humanoid nurse algorithms and care protocols
• Research: De-identified data may be used for medical research and advancing healthcare technology

General Consent

I hereby consent to receive healthcare services from NoidNurse, including but not limited to care provided by humanoid nurse units under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals. I understand that humanoid nurses are advanced robotic systems designed to provide nursing care and health monitoring.

Services Covered

This consent covers the following services:

• Health assessment and vital signs monitoring
• Medication administration and management
• Wound care and basic nursing procedures
• Mobility assistance and fall prevention
• Patient education and care coordination
• Communication with healthcare providers
• Emergency response and notification
• Documentation of care activities

Understanding of Care Delivery

I understand that:

• Humanoid nurse units operate under protocols developed by licensed healthcare professionals
• Licensed nurses and physicians oversee humanoid nurse operations remotely
• Humanoid nurses have capabilities and limitations that differ from human nurses
• Emergency situations may require additional human intervention
• I can request human nurse involvement at any time
• Care plans are individualized based on my specific needs and conditions

Benefits and Risks

Potential Benefits: Continuous monitoring, consistent care delivery, reduced infection risk, enhanced safety features, and improved care documentation.

Potential Risks: Technology malfunctions, communication errors, limited empathetic interaction, and dependency on electronic systems. All equipment is regularly maintained and monitored for safety.

Right to Refuse

I understand that I have the right to refuse any treatment or procedure. I can withdraw my consent at any time by notifying NoidNurse in writing. Refusal or withdrawal of consent may affect my ability to receive certain services.

Questions and Communication

I have been given the opportunity to ask questions about the care services, humanoid nurse capabilities, and any procedures. I understand I can contact the care team at any time with additional questions or concerns.

Supervision and Oversight

I understand that all humanoid nurse activities are logged, monitored, and reviewed by licensed healthcare professionals. A supervising nurse is available 24/7 for consultation and intervention as needed.
